To experience the SCORA software without having access to a SCORA tablet, one can use the Nox simulator.You will also need to obtain a demo account – contact us at info@scora.net to obtain one.Getting the simulator ready takes three steps:
  • Install the simulator
  • Configure the simulator to mimic the SCORA tablet
  • Install the SCORA Viewer App
Install the simulatorTo get started, download and install the Nox simulator: https://www.bignox.com/We refer to the Nox site for instructions on installation and general usage of the simulator.Configure the simulatorAfter install, you will need to customize some settings to let the simulator behave like a “real” SCORA tablet. To start this process, tap the cogwheel icon in the toolbar on top of the Nox screen:
You will be presented with a dialog with multiple pages, opened by clicking on the tabs on top. You only need to make changes on the “Advanced settings” page.In the Advanced tab, we need to adjust the resolution and dpi setting:
Install the viewer app   Installing the viewer app is really simple:
  • Download the simulator-ready version of the SCORA app (at least version 0.98.2 is needed)
  • Drag and drop the downloaded APK file from a Windows Explorer window onto the window of the running Nox simulator.
The Viewer app should now be ready to run:
