When starting for the first time, the tablets must be paired. This is normally already the case when you purchased them, but should you ever have the need to redo this (after a factory reset, for example), here’s how to:
  • First the tablets must be paired at the Bluetooth level. To do this, open the Bluetooth settings screen. with both tablets on this screen, and bluetooth enabled, they should find eacht other, and you should just do the pairing in the normal Android way.
  • After bliuetooth pairing, start the left/master screen app. As long as the right/slave app is not paired, this will behave like a regular, single screen SCORA Viewer app.
  • Next, launch the Slave app on the right screen. this will give you the following screen:
  • Hit the “settings” button in the lower left of the screen.
  • Tap on the text at the top:
  • You will be presented with a list of Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi-Direct paired tablets: Select the one that you want to pair with, tap “OK” and hit the Android back button.
After launching both the Master and Slave app, the Master app will present you with a warning that a second screen wants to connect:
Hit yes, and you’re all set.The master tablet is also the only one that needs to be connected to Wi-Fi and have an account configured. The slave tablet does not need internet access or a user account configured.Pairing of Doble tablets
