The Doble product is used very much in the same way as the Solo system.Parts/scores are entered in the same way using the MusicManager for either case. It really doesn’t matter what one will use in the end. Parts entered with MM can be sizualized on a Solo, in two page mode on a Maestro, or on two screens using a Doble. What differs is how the viewer is launched for a Doble. A Doble consists of a left and right screen. Left is the “master”, whereas the right screen operates in “Slave” mode. Both the left and right screen have different app icons to launch them. These are the icons you will see on your master screen:And these are the ones on the slave screen:The SCORA triangle also clearly indicates what should be the left and right screen – should you ever switch your tablets. You can use the regular SCORA Music Viewer icon to launch the tablet in single-screen mode. This way, you can use your Doble as two separate Solo screens. When starting for the first time, the tablets must be paired. This is normally already the case when you purchased them, but should you ever have the need to redo this (after a factory reset, for example), you can follow the procedure at the following page: http://pairing-of-doble-tabletsOpening a piece is done in the same way as for a Solo, and must be done on the left master tablet. We refer to other tutorials for that, but it is indeed as easy as swiping in from the left, and selecting your piece. When opening a piece for the first time, its content must be transferred to the slave tablet. When done over bluetooth, this will be a rather slow process. Depending on the size of the PDF’s you imported, this will take from a few seconds to more than a minute. We advise you to be patient, and not start opening other pieces – this will only make matters worse as the queue of pieces to transferred gets larger, and the system becomes slower.Opening the piece later when files have been transferred will be fast.Moving forward/backward through your pagesNavigating is done using the master tablet. We are working for making this work also for the slave tablet, so this will also work on that one in the near future.
Going to the next page is done by tapping the (left) screen, or swiping from right to left over the screen. This turns a page at a time. So first page 1 will change into page 3, and on a second tap page 2 will change into page 4 and so futher.
Going backwards is done by swiping left to right over the screen
